HT444 – Electric High Temperature Cabinet Oven

The HT444 is an electric heated, high-temp cabinet oven rated to operate at 1000F. Its internal dimensions measure 48 inches wide by 48 inches high by 48 inches deep.

The HT444 features a pneumatically operated vertical door and 4 levels of product racks inside the chamber.

This oven will be used to heat aluminum billets manufactured for the arms industry. Aluminum billets are loaded into the chamber of the HT444 and heated to 900F prior to forging.

Staff Focus: Jake Speary

This month we focus on Jake Speary, Lead Painter at JPW. Jake has diligently contributed to JPW’s standard of excellence in the painting & finishing department for three years.

Jake works well with the rest of the painting team at JPW and his work is a valuable asset to the department. He is described as reliable by his superiors and is a motivated worker, taking on more leadership wherever needed.

When a product passes the welding and fabrication stage, it falls into the capable hands of Jake and the painting department. Jake is responsible to look over the incoming oven units for metal impurities and to prepare them for painting. Jake’s finishing skills and thoroughness ensure that each JPW oven is finished to the customer’s specifications, looks great and is done in a timely manner.

ST448 – High-Temp With a Programmable Workflow

The ST448 was built for automotive engineering company based in Ontario. This unit is 48”W x 48”H x 96”D. It is electrically heated and engineered to operate at 500F.

The ST448 is designed with a vertical life door, specially customized with an automatic door function. Through the controller, the user can program the oven’s workflow to automatically open the door and move the next shuttle into the chamber.

The track in the bottom of the oven allows for electrical cables and hoses to be installed under the chamber, concealed and protected from high heat.

JPW has sustained a long and satisfying relationship with the buyer of this ST448. The customer has worked with JPW across different employers and has made plans to purchase 20 ovens with JPW over the next year. ST333-2D – Highly Functional, Highly Economical

A standard in industrial ovens, the ST333 serves in many industries like aerospace, automotive, and pharmaceutical with numerous applications like: heat treating, curing, burning, ageing, drying, life testing and more.

The ST333-2D is a variation of the original that features double flush door that reduces door swing. The original ST333 features one door with a 36 inch door swing. ST8812 – Customized Installation, Expertly Engineered

The ST8812 was designed specifically for a custom workspace for a national technology company who has been a repeat customer with several JPW units. This unit will be used in drying heating elements for various industrial as well as commercial applications.

The ST8812 is gas fired with an installed top mount burner that allows the chamber to reach temperatures up to 750F. This unit measures 8’W x 8’H x 12’D and was designed to fit into the existing space of the previous oven, also matching the position of the exhaust fan. BT3.56 – Versatile, Stackable Lab/Bench Oven

JPW is proud to feature a new model of industrial bench oven – the BT3.56. This space saving bench oven features a small chamber that makes the most of any workspace and can be stacked on top of another bench unit. This units internal workspace measures 19”W x 18”H x 18”D.

Utilizing horizontal airflow, the BT3.56 operates at up to 500F. This model is ideal for any laboratory use, as well as aging, drying and preheating applications. This specific unit will be used by a New Jersey based manufacturing company to preheat molds for extrusion.

ST333 – A Standard in the Oven Industry

JPW has had the pleasure to work with an Illinois-based electronics and robotics manufacturing corporation in providing an ST333 for curing components for variable frequency drives.

JPW’s work with their client has led to a long-term relationship of providing ST333’s for curing. Their client has been so satisfied with the quality of JPW’s engineering that they continue to order a new ST333 year after year.

Like much of JPW’s work, this specific model has been customized specifically to meet client job requirements. JPW designed a custom roller bed and installed it in this version of the ST333 model. It also features a double door to the chamber instead of the standard single door option.

The 496 Series Ovens – HD496 & ST496

The HD496 has been engineered as a heavy duty 650F walk-in oven. However, JPW’s expert engineers are also able to offer a streamlined version that is highly functional, yet highly economical.

The standard ST496 is an”entry level” oven, built for intense operation in a limited budget. This version is still built with the same high quality materials and engineering JPW offers on all its models, but offers a lower temp operation at 500F. Its dimensions are 4ft x 6ft x 4ft.

This model is JPW’s”flagship” oven as it was the first product JPW took to the market over 12 years ago. The ST496 is built for aging, drying, curing, etc. and will take your business operations far, all while maintaining an affordable price point.

Staff Focus: Rob Hughes

This month we focus on JPW Accountant Rob Hughes. Rob is the guy at work that everyone likes and even with a strong and experienced background in accounting, he forged his was into other processes.

Rob is respected for his dedication and honesty by JPW President Mike Jameson. They spent many years working together and Rob was a mentor to Mike, helping him learn about how good businesses operate. Rob retired from his first career as the VP of operations for a manufacturing company, but came out of retirement to work with the team at JPW.

Rob is hard-working and always goes the extra mile to do what’s right for the company. He cares highly for the employees and the business operations of JPW. In the time he has spent at JPW, he has brought new vision to JPW with many new policies and procedures.

“Life is about managing relationships well,” says President Mike Jameson. “Rob has shown me how to do that first-hand during our time working together and has helped JPW operate like a fine-tuned machine.”

ST2000 – Customized Oven Serves Aerospace Industry

The ST2000 is a low-temp gas-fired walk-in oven manufactured for a Massachusetts based company. This oven will be used for drying materials for radar equipment in the aerospace industry.

This unit is 10 feet wide x 8 feet high and 25 feet long for a total of 2000 cubic feet. Products are held for treatment inside the chamber on high-quality steel racks. It also features directional airflow which reduces cycle times. In designing the ST2000, engineering experts at JPW customized the door or the oven to meet the restrictions of its installation location. By working together with other local companies, JPW was able to have a rolling door installed in place of a standard vertical lift door. This door allows for the oven to be installed in a location with a lower ceiling. Instead of a door panel that lifts vertically, the door rolls up around itself.

This specific ST2000 model is just one of several ovens being planned by the client company to replace more inefficient models and JPW looks forward to a long-lasting relationship of providing high-quality industrial ovens with them.
