BC455 – Fully Automated T5 Aging Oven

JPW recently filled an order for a BC455, a batch conveyor to perform T5 aging on aluminum automotive parts. This highly efficient oven is engineered to be fully automated.

The BC455 will index materials until a load is full, move the load into the heated chamber via chain conveyors and back out once artificial aging is complete. With an 8 basket capacity and advanced automated features, this oven is designed to provide a highly efficient and productive work load.

Ryan has worked with JPW Industrial Ovens since 2014 and has always showed himself to be a quick learner. His work in the fabrication stages result in a professional and reliable build for each JPW oven. Ryan is a conscientious worker who maintains a high standard of excellence in his work.

HT343 – High Temp, Heat Treating Oven

The HT343 is rated at 1250F and measures 36Wx36Hx48D. This model will be used for heat treating metals. It features combination airflow and even a custom color specific to the customer’s request.

This oven was designed to perform highly metallurgical functions. It is electrically heated with a pneumatic vertical lift door. Peer-rails installed on the inside of the chamber provide an internal hearth that the user can set their product on for heat treating.

HT31.5 - inert gas oven

HT31.5 IG – High Temp, Inert Gas Oven

HT31.5 IG high temp cabinet oven with closed doorsThe HT31.5 IG is a high-temp inert gas oven that operates up to 1200F. This model measures 36Wx42Hx36D. This oven was designed for a repeat customer who will utilize it for processing gun barrels.

The HT31.5 IG uses inert gas to purge the chamber before heating. The oven controls pressure with a metal seated check valve that will crack on the unit should the pressure exceed safe operating levels. This model also features a reliable sealed inner chamber with a rapid cooldown system in a separate chamber built around the inner chamber. It also features combination airflow from both sidewalls to the roof of the unit.

ST4610 – Cart Transport, Double Heating Banks

Three new ST4610 models were recently purchased from JPW by a repeat customer. The ST4610 includes carts to transport product in and out of ovens on installed tracks.

This model is specifically designed with two heat banks to ensure continual operation. Should one heat bank shut off for any reason, operation can continue on the alternative heat bank, keeping production on schedule.

The ST4610 measure 48Wx72Hx120D and is rated up to 650F. These units will be used for the drying and kneeling of plastics.

These three unit were also given a custom blue paint finish per customer request.

HT432 – High-Temp Cabinet Oven

The HT432 is a high-temp cabinet oven measuring 48Wx36Hx24D. This oven is electrically heated and boasts a max operating temperature of 1300F, with a tight uniformity of +/- 10 at 600C. This high-temp cabinet oven will be used to facilitate a specialized process used to burn out binder.

Each JPW industrial oven is designed to meet the customer’s specific needs and the HT432 is no exception – it is packed with special features. The HT432 is equipped with incoming power protection through a UPS unit that will power the oven should the main power be interrupted. This feature is vital in preventing delays in production and also waste from interrupted processes.

The HT432 is also equipped with a lower explosive limit (LEL) monitor that keeps the levels of volatile content inside the oven in check. When temperature and/or chemical levels exceed safe amounts, the oven is triggered to shut down the heaters and speed up exhaust, evacuating the hazard to a safe level.

ST216 – Performance at a Cost-Effective Price

The ST216 was built to handle the needs of a heat-treating company that will artificially age aluminum.ST216 model custom heat-treating oven

This walk-in oven is rated at 500F and features recessed door with heavy-duty ball bearing hinges and a digital control system. This ST216 is 72’Wx72’Hx72’D.

JPW’s line of industrial walk in ovens offer performance at a cost effective price. Horizontal airflow keeps the temperature uniform throughout the chamber. The ST216 can also be used for powder coating, curing, and mold preheating.

ST1008 – Gas-Fired Walk-In Oven

The ST1008 is a large gas fired walk-in oven, specially built for a Wyoming based electric motor service company. It is planned to be used curing varnish that is applied to electric motors for insulation.

The ST1008 is Class A rated for solvents and flammables and operates at temperatures up to 500F. This oven measures 8 feet wide, by 10 feet high and 12 feet deep.

This walk-in oven features a recessed door, heavy duty ball bearing hinges and standard digital controls.

HT15610 – Gas-Fired High Temperature Oven

An Arizona based aluminum manufacturer recently completed an order with JPW for an HT15610. This model is a high-temp, gas-fired oven. It will be used to dry aluminum sows and castings. It will play an important part in the preparation process of their sows and be able to treat 40 thousand pounds of aluminum at one time.

This unit measures 15 feet wide, 10 feet high and 6 feet deep. It boasts a gas-fired heating system, enhanced controls and data logging. It was also specifically engineered at JPW with a large vertical lift door to accommodate its work space.

The customer has become so satisfied with this model of oven, and it is so essential to the process of the company, they have already ordered a second one from JPW.
