The oven is designed to operate at 500°F maximum temperature and includes the following special features:

Oven Construction:
Outside:
Oven to be constructed of heavy gauge carbon steel and painted machine gray.
Inside:
Oven to be constructed of Aluminized Steel.
Circulation System:
One 24 inch Dia fan and shaft, Combination airflow from front to back.
Heating System:
A 400,000 BTU modulating gas burner will heat the air to the desired temperature; the burner will be located in the plenum on the back of the unit.
Doors:
The unit will have two doors held closed by FM approved slam latches.
Control Console:
The control panel for the oven will be remote mounted. The panel will house the electrical components and be NEMA 1 and UL rated. The controls will be on the face of the door of the control panel.
Exhaust Blower:
There will be a 600 cfm exhaust mounted on the top right of the unit. The outlet will be 6" dia. The exhaust will be energized by the Oven on switch. The exhaust blower housing will be constructed of aluminum in the event the wheel rubs the housing there will be no sparks.
Purge Timer:
The unit will have a purge timer. The timer will be set for 3 minutes. The heat will not turn on until the time has expired.
