The oven is designed to operate at 500°F maximum temperature and includes the following special features:

Oven Construction: 


Oven to be constructed of a heavy gauge sheet metal with structural reinforcements. The oven will be modular in sections.


Oven interior to be constructed of Aluminized steel.

Circulation system:

One 30" Dia fan will be driven direct by a 3 hp TEFC motor, the airflow will enter the chamber from both sides and return through the rear. A pressure differential switch will monitor the circulation fan in the event of the loss of air the heating system will shut down.

Heating system:

An 800,000 BTU Maxon modulating burner will be located on the right rear of the oven and it will fire into the plenum to heat the air to desired temperature.


The unit will have two doors held closed by FM approved slam latches. The doors will act as the relief panels.

Control Console:

The control panel for the oven will be on the right hand side of the chamber. The panel will house the electrical components and be NEMA 1 and UL rated.


An 800 CFM exhaust will be located on the rear of the oven offset to one side. A 3/4 HP 1725 rpm motor driving an 8" dia x 4" thick single inlet wheel. The exhaust will be activated by the oven on switch. An 8 inch dia. outlet will be provided for connection of the flu.
