The ST522 cabinet oven was designed and manufactured for a power transmission company located in the North East with top-notch engineering and customization. It is a custom sized unit, specialized for customer integration.

This month we focus on Kim Stout, electrical engineer, who has enjoyed 10 years of developing industrial ovens for JPW. Kim’s responsibilities at JPW range from electrical engineering, testing and quality assurance, road service and customer support.

JPW just recently finished a new model of the HT242 for a metal finishing company in Nebraska. JPW is creating high quality ovens like this one for custom solutions on a daily basis. They love what they do and look forward to helping you find the right oven for your company’s needs.

This industrial oven is engineered with a pneumatic vertical life door and features a high volume circulation and a forced exhaust system. The ST216 is solvent rated with custom mounted blow out doors on the top of the unit to accommodate the vertical life door. This oven is rated at 650F.

This model of the ST668 is engineered for 500F operation. The unit is designed in two sections for ease of shipping, handling and reassembly at the customers location. The oven measures 6x6x8 feet internally.

JPW Industrial Ovens are not only known for their cost-effectiveness and high quality standard, they are also known for being highly customizable. JPW gets excited about building industrial ovens and works extensively with their clients to create the best oven, customized to their specific needs. From this engineering philosophy comes the HT175.5 TUL (480V/90KW).

This month we focus on a very important member of our staff, Don Troutman. Don has spent the last 10 years with JPW working in the electrical, test and service areas. His role has evolved to include health and safety as well as operations management.

JPW Industrial Ovens & Design is known for their high quality, highly customizable ovens that meet the demanding needs of the end user. The ST323 is no exception and is a standard in the lab oven market.

JPW’s industrial walk-in ovens are dependable, safe, energy efficient and quality built. The ST668 walk-in oven offers many standard options to meet the needs of different processes.

12 years ago, three coworkers in the industrial oven industry set out to start their own business, naming the company after themselves – Mike Jameson, Mike Paternostro, and Tim Wagner. It is their last names that form the initials “JPW”. This month, we provide you with an inside look at Tim Wagner, Co-Founder of JPW Industrial Ovens and Furnaces.
