Oven Construction:
Outside:
The oven exterior will be constructed of heavy gauge carbon steel and painted machine gray
Inside:
The oven interior will be constructed of Aluminized steel.
Circulation system:
One 18" Dia fan will be driven direct by a ¾ hp 1725 rpm TEFC motor. The air pattern will be compound horizontal from sides to rear. The pressure and return walls will be louvered for adjustability. The circulation fan will have a pressure differential switch in the event of the loss of air the heating system will shut down.
Heating system:
An Eclipse 150,000 BTU modulating gas burner and gas train will heat the air to the desired temperature and will fire into the plenum located in the rear of the unit.
Doors:
The unit will have two doors held closed by FM approved slam latches. The door gaskets will be a silicone P extrusion. The doors will act as the pressure relief.
Control Console:
The control panel for the oven will be on the right hand side of the chamber. The panel will house the electrical components and be NEMA 1 and UL rated
Exhaust Blower:
A 600 CFM Exhaust blower will be mounted on the top right of the unit. The blower will be on at all times. An 8" dia x 4" thick single inlet wheel will be driven direct by a ¾ hp 1725 RPM TEFC motor.
Solvent Rated:
The unit will be solvent rated .250 gallons of solvent per batch.
Purge time:
The unit will have a purge time of 2 minutes. The heat will not turn on until the purge time has expired.
